Our Partners

Bridge the Gap works collaboratively with a wide range of organisations to ensure children and families receive joined-up, emotionally informed support.

We are proud to work in partnership with organisations including Safe and Sound, Derby City Council, Nottingham City Council, and Family Hubs.

We also deliver training and emotionally informed practice support for professionals and services including (but not limited to) NHS services, schools, early years settings, parent and carer organisations such as Parentkind, Sunshine Support, Parent Carer Voice, as well as charities and independent professionals across the UK.

Corporate & community Partners

We are also proud to work alongside corporate and community partners who choose to support children and families through our Family Support Fund.

These partnerships help:

  • Provide subsidised support for families facing barriers to access

  • Sustain Compassionate Crafts, our creative, preventative emotional literacy programme

All support is ethical, transparent, and values-led. Funding is directed back into the community and never influences the care, boundaries, or support offered to children and families.

Together with our partners, we reduce barriers, strengthen early help, and ensure more children feel safe, understood, and hopeful.
